Food Hall @ The Summit is operated by Aramark. There will be five stations: Embers, Greens & Grains, Flex Kitchen, Good Day and Rustica. Embers is the grill station serving burgers of Angus prime rib and lean sirloin, cooked to order, and topped with your choice of mouthwatering toppings and sauces with a side of fries. Or try a turkey burger with plant-forward protein alternatives. There’s a sandwich for everyone on the grill menu! Greens & Grains is the salad bar where you can craft your salad with the choice of your favorite fresh toppings or choose a seasonal composed salad or piping hot daily soup! Flex Kitchen is where our onsite chef will preview their collaboration and research creations. Every day will include an exciting new concept on display! The Good Day station is where you will find the grab-and-go selections featuring on-trend seasonal salads, sandwiches, and snacks with an emphasis on healthy ingredients. The Rustica station will offer a selection of culinary crafted sandwiches and pizzas made from an array of roasted meats, fresh cheeses, and seasonal ingredients.
